How do I schedule to drop-off my racquet?

How long does it usually take for a racquet to be done?
After dropping off your racquet, you can expect a turn-around time of approximately 24 hrs. For multiple racquets, this turnaround time can be approximately 1-3 days.
What string/tension should I use?
When it comes to string and string tension, every player has his or her own unique preferences, so there is no one-size-fits all solution. Our stringers can make expert recommendations customized to your needs based on their extensive experience and knowledge.
Can you do racquets on the spot?
On a few occasions, we are able to do racquets on the spot. On the spot service can see your racquet back and ready for pickup in 30 mins. Due to the availability of our stringers, we cannot guarantee on the spot service everyday. To schedule an on the spot service, contact us.
Are taxes included?
Yes, tax is incorporated in all of our costs to make payment simple.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and e-transfer.
Can I bring my own strings?
Yes. If you bring your own strings you will only be charged for the labour.
